Whether you want to try something new or you’re an old pro at recreating with Parks and Recreation, Missoula Movers is for you. It’s a wonderful way to explore Western Montana, stay active, spark a new leisure passion, make new friends or just have a great time.
All programs meet at Currents Aquatic Center. Please bring appropriate footwear, water, food and clothing for all trips. Programs are geared for active adults 55 and over, but all adults are welcome.

Enjoy the company of new and old friends on guided, physically distanced walks through Missoula’s conservation lands, parks, and trails. Please bring a mask for those times when you might not be able to maintain a 6’ distance from others. After the walk, we’ll enjoy coffee donated by local shops and good company. (Coffee time is outdoors with physical distancing.) Hikes meet at the Coffee Location listed below, except for the Waterworks Hike on 8/3.

3-4 miles, flat and dirt/gravel road, abundant shade.
