Welcome!

The Development Review & Inspections Office works to ensure compliance with regulations by reviewing and approving construction and development plan submittals and then performs construction inspections, both during and after construction activities. The engineering plans examiners and inspectors in this section strive to streamline processes while maintaining the quality of service Missoula's engineering, construction, and development communities expect.

Engineering Plans Examination and Review

Building permit plan review for construction and remodel projects
Paving, parking, and driveway approach or access plan review
Right-of-way construction plan review
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) review
