The City of Missoula is inviting qualified organizations to submit proposals for Pathways to Housing Stability, a new initiative designed to improve housing stability and reduce returns to houselessness through targeted, long-term housing support services. This project will build wraparound support for previously unhoused neighbors moving into housing, including those impacted by opioid use.
Funded through the Montana Opioid Abatement Trust, Pathways to Housing Stability aims to partner with nonprofit, faith-based, and behavioral health agencies with proven expertise in housing retention case management or post-tenancy supportive services. The goal is to create teams that provide personalized services to address substance use recovery, income barriers, health needs, and other factors that impact long-term housing stability.
