1. How do I get an appointment to speak with the Mayor?: Call the main office number at (406) 552-6001 and discuss your meeting topic with the mayor's staff. Often times problems and concerns can be better handled by the departments who have direct oversight for the area of concern. Sometimes it may be appropriate to speak with your City Council representatives. The mayor's staff will help guide you through the process.

2. Who are my City Council representatives?: The City Council consists of 12 council members representing six wards (two for each ward). You can find the ward map and additional information about the Council on the City Council webpage.

3. I would like to speak to the mayor. What do I need to do?: You can send a message to the mayor and staff or request a meeting with the mayor via the website. You may also call (406) 552-6001 and leave a voice mail for the mayor or speak to a member of the mayor's staff.
