Energize and recharge at Missoula's premier year-round indoor water playground! Currents' four pools have engaging water features for every age. Currents is also home to Parks and Recreation headquarters and Headwaters, a beautiful community meeting room available for public use. 

Currents hours, admission, and features

Children under 7 must be accompanied in the water by an adult. Loaner life jackets available for non-swimmers.

The Circle of Safety: 
It's A Team Effort!

For children under 7 and non-swimmers: Adults must remain in the water within arm's reach at all times.

Attentive parental supervision is critical—even when lifeguards are on duty. Our aquatics facilities use the Circle Of Safety to ensure a safe, fun experience for everyone:

  1. Parents and adults use "touch supervision"—staying within arm's reach of their child in the water at all times.
  2. Early swim lessons for all children.
  3. Life jackets for young kids and non-swimmers.
  4. Well-trained lifeguards.
