Supplemental Insurance

The City of Missoula provides $10,000 of life insurance to employees enrolled in the health plan. Enrollment in supplemental plans, as listed below, may be done upon hire, mid-year with a qualifying life event, or during the annual open enrollment period.

Mutual of Omaha and AFLAC Group Plans

Mutual of Omaha and AFLAC offer City of Missoula employees the option to purchase supplemental plans for themselves and family.  Options include additional Life, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Short-Term Disability plans.  Plan documents can be reviewed in the Employee's ADP profile during enrollment periods, or by contacting the City of Missoula Human Resources Benefits Specialist directly.
